Berry "pie"

A 12 oz package of fresh or frozen fruit or berries (thawed)
Spread out in a small baking dish

In a bowl work lightly with the fingers:
1/2 cup gf flour or flour mix
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup gf margarine or shortening
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

From there, continue to sprinkle in flour and work it in until the mixture is really crumby, like graham cracker crumbs - don't be afraid to add as much as you need. Sprinkle it over the fruit liberally and bake at 375 degrees for about half an hour. Serve hot or cooled, by itself or with whipped topping or " ice cream."
