1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
(Before heating, I rub a small piece of the fat on the skillet to keep meat from sticking) Heat large skillet, add meat and brown meat thoroughly on both sides. Add onion 1/2 through cooking 2nd side of meat.
Add water and gf soy sauce to skillet. Turn heat down, and simmer (the longer you simmer, the more tender the meat).
Before serving mix 1/4 cup water with 2 tablespoons cornstarch, add to skillet stirring constantly until thickened.
Serve over Pad Thai style rice noodles.
We eat this with applesauce, green beans, & a side salad.
