Chicken a la king

2 cups cooked cut up chicken
1 can Campbells chicken & rice soup
1 can milk substitute (can use water)
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
Mix chicken, soup, milk and vegetables in a pot. Heat through thoroughly.
1/4 c water
2 T cornstarch
Mix water and cornstarch, add to pot. Stir constantly until thickened. Serve over: mashed potatoes, or rice, or gf noodles, or gf toast, or gf english muffins, or gf pasta (whatever is quick and easy for that day).
