Hot Chocolate Mix

4 cups dari-free, better than milk, rice moo - (milk subs in powder form)
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups sugar (preferably vanilla sugar)
1/8 tsp salt

combine all ingrediants & store in airtight container. to use, place 3 Tblspns mix in a cup. add a small amount of boiling water & stir to dissolve mix. fill cup w/ boiling water.
