Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat Honey, sugar, margarine, nut butter, & vanilla
until creamy. In large bowl mix rice flour, poha or quinoa flakes, baking
soda, & salt. Add to mixture & beat until well blended, add nuts or fruit.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 min. Makes 3 dozen
