1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
squished garlic clove
some basil
oregano (a few shakes of each)
1tsp digion mustard
raspberry jam or all-fruit

mix in blender, amount of jelly depends on how sweet you like it.

*As an alternative to plain vinegar and oil, you can use flavored oils or vinegars, like raspberry vinegar to give it more flavor. ________________________________________________________________________

To make italian= 1/3 vinegar, 2/3 oil (proportionately), then add basil, oregano, and garlic (plus salt and pepper to taste). The vinegar/oil proportions generally work, and then add what tastes good to you.
